We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer — we are not required to, and all requests are handled directly by the controller.

What Data We Process and Why

1. Contact Form

Data: name, e-mail, and the content of your message.
Purpose: responding to your enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken prior to entering into a contract, or Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in responding to messages you send us.
Retention: 2 years after the enquiry is resolved.

2. Order Form

Data: name, e-mail, phone number, business name.
Purpose: preparing an offer and concluding a contract for the Fudoma service.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps.
Retention: for the duration of contract negotiations; if a contract is concluded, data on tax and accounting documents is kept for 10 years under Slovak Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on Accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

3. Website Analytics (Google Analytics)

Data: pseudonymous online identifiers (cookies), device information, and the pages you visited.
Purpose: anonymous traffic statistics that help us improve the website.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent given via the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time in the cookie settings.
Retention: identifiers in Google Analytics for a maximum of 14 months; the lifetime of individual cookies is listed in our Cookie Policy.

4. Spam Protection — Google reCAPTCHA (fudoma.eu)

Data: technical information about your browser and interaction with the form.
Purpose: protecting our forms against spam and abuse.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.

Who We Share Data With

• our web hosting provider — technical operation of the website (processor),
• Google Ireland Limited — analytics (only with your consent) and reCAPTCHA spam protection.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Google services may transfer data to the USA — Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of protection.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access your personal data,
• rectification of inaccurate data,
• erasure („right to be forgotten“),
• restriction of processing,
• data portability,

• withdraw consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with our lead supervisory authority: the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk — or with the supervisory authority in your own EU member state.
