The Fudoma project is based on many years of experience in real gastronomy – from the first steps in the kitchen to managing restaurant operations. We have experienced the tough reality of gastronomy firsthand: long shifts, low wages, and imperfect conditions. But these challenges only strengthened our motivation to improve things. From these experiences, the Fudoma application was created – a tool designed to automate and streamline everyday tasks in gastronomic operations. Fudoma allows you to easily plan daily and weekly menus, track sales history, manage a recipe database, generate shopping lists based on planned meals. It saves time, ingredients, money – and most importantly, stress.
